Stainless Steel Pass Thru Windows 

Our stainless steel pass-thru chambers are constructed with a welded stainless steel shell and unique double-wall construction that encloses and protects the mechanical interlock. This double wall also creates a lipless, flush floor for easy material transfer and cleaning. These wall-mounted pass-thru cabinets are extremely strong and durable, are easy to clean, and provide superior aesthetics for your cleanroom or pharmacy. Except for the viewing windows, these pass-thru chambers are made entirely of metal.

All of our cleanroom pass-through cabinets feature doors with heavy-duty stainless steel frames, stainless steel continuous hinges, tempered safety glass windows, silicone bulb gaskets, and stainless steel over-center compression latches. Stainless steel door frames add strength and prevent long-term warpage and cracking, a common problem with all-plastic doors.

Our wall-mounted pass-thru cabinets are available with mechanical interlocks to prevent both doors from being opened at the same time. This helps prevent cleanroom depressurization and contaminant infiltration.

Pass throughs help to eliminate the volume of unnecessary traffic through the cleanroom, reducing cross-contamination and maintaining the positive pressure of the cleanroom.  Floor-mount cleanroom pass throughs allow carts and larger items to enter the cleanroom, while wall-mount models expedite the transfer of materials through an opening installed in the cleanroom wall at a secure and accessible standing height.

Wall Mounted 90° Pass-Thrus

Wall mounted 90° pass-throughs are designed for cleanrooms where space limits require a 90 Degree turn in the PassThru. Wall-mounted 90° pass-throughs feature a double wall design, stainless steel integrity, and are easy to clean.

Fire Rated Pass Through Windows & Doors

Fire-rated pass thru windows and door systems provide an enclosed airlock space between a cleanroom and an adjoining area that prevents particles from entering the clean room. Fire rated pass thru cabinets are easy to operate and provide cleanroom levels of protection with additional fire safeguard advantages. Before choosing a fire-rated cleanroom pass through system, you will need to consider the type and size of materials you will be transferring and which level of pass-through your industry standards require.

Wall Mounted Pneumatically Operated Vertical Sliding Doors Pass Thru airlock cleanroom entry system enables transfer of materials and equipment in and out of a cleanroom with automatic sliding vertical door access, where manual operation or a standard swing door is not suitable. Wall-Mounted Manual Vertical Sliding Doors Pass-Thrus

Manual wall mounted vertical sliding pass-thru doors enable the transfer of parts and equipment in and out of a cleanroom with a sliding vertical door access in a confined space or where a standard swing door is not suitable (the sliding door causes less air turbulence within the cleanroom than a swing door).
