Key components include:- Frame: High-strength tubular steel frame with a white powder coat finish and an expandable bolt-together design. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel framing is also available.
- Curtains: Curtains are made from static dissipative 40mm thick clear vinyl material and feature easy-to-use Dual Lock attachments and strip doors for convenient access. Low-outgassing curtains and yellow or opaque curtains are also available.
- Filters: CAP577 comes with motorized ceiling HEPA filter units with rotary-style variable speed control. Optional ULPA filters are also available. Class 100,000 to Class 10 (ISO 8 to ISO 4).
- Lights: Portable cleanrooms feature LED flat panel lights and white vinyl-covered gypsum ceiling tiles. Optional flow-thru lights and painted steel ceiling tiles are available.
Easy-to-Assemble
We designed the CAP577 vertical flow softwall cleanroom for easy assembly, providing users with the ultimate user-friendly cleanroom solution. This cleanroom's structure consists of a high-strength 2x4-inch and 2x2-inch tubular steel frame. The cleanroom can safely span up to 12 feet with no center supports. With a single-point power connection, the CAP577 is a user-friendly cleanroom for virtually any location.Expandable for Maximum Versatility
Our CAP577 softwall cleanrooms feature lightweight, easy-to-assemble sections with a maximum size of 12 ft. x 12 ft., with a leg on each corner. Larger units can be constructed by adding standard room components to create one continuous room with support legs on a 12 ft. x 12 ft. pattern. A 24 ft. x 24 ft. room would have one center post. The rooms can be expanded or reduced in size without taking the entire cleanroom down. This feature makes it fast and easy to add sections or change the shape for other requirements. Additional smaller rooms can be combined for a large clean room project and then be changed back to smaller rooms and relocated later.Complete Customization Options
